About
TOVIA is a European software company building the operations layer between a seller's product data and every place it sells — own shops, marketplaces and B2B channels — across the EU's markets, languages and rules.
Mission
Merchants selling across Europe run the same catalogue on five systems and reconcile them by hand. Every additional country adds a set of rules to the same products, and every additional channel adds a version of the same record that somebody now maintains separately.
We build the platform that holds one product record, generates each channel’s version of it, checks it against the channel’s and the market’s rules before submission, and — as the platform grows — reconciles what every system claims happened.
What we believe
Compliance, pricing, stock and listings are not four systems that happen to mention products. They are all product data, each with a per-market answer, and treating them as one record is the difference between a catalogue and a reconciliation problem.
A problem found before submission costs minutes. The same problem found after submission costs days, a suppressed listing, and the revenue that listing was making.
Markets, locales, EPR, GPSR, customs classification and e-invoicing are first-class parts of the data model, not a localisation layer applied to a product designed for one country.
Every capability on this site is labelled built, in development or planned. We publish what is not certified, what is not connected and what does not exist yet, because a buyer finds all three out eventually and the only variable is when.
What TOVIA refuses to do
Nothing is loaded, migrated or connected because it would make a demo better.
Suggestions only, a person approves, and the approval is logged. There is no autonomous runtime, and none is planned before lineage, budget controls and audit exist.
We are not a partner in your margin. A meter you can read, and nothing that grows with your GMV.
No testimonial, no logo wall, no certification, no customer count, no number we cannot source. Every capability carries built, in development or planned.
A modular platform on PostgreSQL, tenant-scoped by design, released in small evidenced increments through a governed engineering process: every change reviewed, every migration additive, every release recorded on the public roadmap. AI in TOVIA is suggestion-only, with human approval and a logged decision.

The facts
This block is the canonical wording. Where TOVIA appears in a directory or a profile it should match it word for word — two descriptions of the same company are how a company becomes two entities. The provider identification required by LSSI-CE Art. 10 is published in the legal notice, which is where it belongs and the only place it appears.
Founding partners
Founding access is how the platform gets built: on real catalogues, with the teams that run them, at a cadence they can hold us to. Pricing is locked for the term, and if TOVIA is not the right answer for a company yet, they hear that from us.
Small enough that the person who answers is the person who builds it. That is the whole support tier during founding access, and it is the point.
