In development · founding partners onboarding from Q4 2026
Founding partners
Five companies. A real catalogue each. The team on every call.
TOVIA is pre-launch. Founding partners get the platform on their own data first, shape what gets built next, and keep their terms. We are looking for a small number of European multichannel sellers who have the problem badly enough to spend time on it with us.
What you get
Four things, and all four are in writing.
- Pricing locked, in writing
- For 12 months from general availability. Not a discount code — the terms you agree are the terms you keep.
- The team, on a cadence
- Direct access, weekly during onboarding. Not a shared inbox and not a customer-success motion; there is one person and you will be talking to him.
- Roadmap influence
- Your channel and your compliance cases go first. The connector order is set by the platforms founding partners actually run on.
- Named or anonymous, your choice
- Always with written permission before anything is published. Nothing about your business appears on this site unless you have read the sentence first.
What we ask
Three, and they are the price.
- A real catalogue
- An export, not screenshots. The problems worth solving only show up in the actual data — the duplicate GTIN, the attribute nobody has maintained since 2024.
- Honest feedback
- Including “this does not work”. A partner who is polite about a broken screen costs more than one who is blunt about it.
- A cadence you can keep
- A scheduled call you actually attend. Two hours a month, roughly, during onboarding.
Who this is not for
Two kinds of company we will turn down.
Under roughly 500 SKUs, one channel, one country. A spreadsheet still fits, and we will tell you so on the call rather than after three months of onboarding.
A Shopify-only business that needs a live sync next month. Connectors are planned, not live. TOVIA today is an import contract, a product master and readiness checks — if what you need is sync by October, we are the wrong answer and you should hear that now.
What happens next
Four steps, no sequence, no drip.
- 01ApplicationSeven fields. It takes about four minutes.
- 02A reply within 48 hoursWritten by a person, and a real answer either way.
- 03A 30-minute callYour catalogue, your channels, your worst month.
- 04Onboarding on your exportThrough the import contract, with staging and preview before anything is committed.
Founding access
Apply, and we will tell you if it is not for you.
Founding partners get pricing locked, direct access to the team and influence over what gets built next. In exchange we need catalogues that are genuinely hard — several channels, more than one country, real compliance attributes.
TOVIA is pre-launch. It runs today on a local build against synthetic data. There is no production deployment, no live marketplace connector and no customer. Every capability on this page is labelled built, in development or planned, and every screenshot is synthetic.
- Who this is for
- Brands, distributors and franchise operators past roughly500 SKUs, on more than two channels, in more than one country.
- Who this is not for
- A single shop on one channel in one country. A spreadsheet is still cheaper and faster, and we will say so.
- What happens next
- A written reply, not a sequence. If it looks like a fit, a call; if it does not, a sentence explaining why.
Seven fields, one screen
